Good morning Duane,

Thank You, Thank You, Thank You!!!  Received the new board yesteday.  Did the swap when I got home last night and it worked like a charm.  It was a great feeling see the display come back to life after being without it for a week. Hi Duane-
I managed to fix the display by replacing the entire supply board with a new one (with the help of my hubby). I also replaced the volume control.

Again, I can't thank you enough. You saved us a ton of money, and that's a good thing for us now that I'm a stay-at-home mom.

You are the man! The fix worked!  My Explorer was just 500 miles out of warrenty. The dealer said it would cost $575 to fix. I told them to stick it! So thank you for all your help, it was the best money I ever spent.

Ford Radio Display

Duane is a CLASS ACT! I was having the same issue with the radio from my 1998 Ford Explorer. After finding the website, I contact Duane for help. Rather than risk damage by doing this myself, I decided to send it to Duane. There is an inherit risk with doing any business over the web however this was without a doubt the best experience I have had. I pulled the radio out on a Monday night, shipped on Tuesday. Duane kept in constant communication and not only let me know he received the radio, he informed me he fixed and shipped it back the SAME DAY!. I have received and all is well. A+ transaction and GREAT customer service. Thanks Duane!
