City of Charlotte Project

This was a group project that was done for the City of Charlotte.  I did the model that uses analysis based on NPV (Net Present Value) and MRIC (Marginal Return on Invested Capital) to determine the feasibility of a project.  The programs are written using Visual Basic macros in an Excel 5.0 spreadsheet.
